Managing or Canceling Subscriptions
All in-app subscriptions and purchases are processed directly through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. You can view, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions (iOS) or Google Play Store > Payments & subscriptions (Android).
Account & Data Deletion Requests
You can delete local app data directly inside our apps at any time, or request complete deletion of any associated support or account records by emailing privacy@eluatelabs.com. Requests are completed within 7 business days.

Eluate Labs LLC ("Eluate Labs," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information across `eluatelabs.com` and all mobile applications published by Eluate Labs LLC on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

We design our applications around data minimization. Depending on the application you use, we may process: (a) information you voluntarily provide when contacting support (`support@eluatelabs.com`); (b) anonymous crash diagnostics and performance telemetry to ensure application reliability; and (c) subscription status verification tokens provided by Apple App Store or Google Play billing APIs (we never receive or store your credit card numbers).
2. On-Device & AI Processing
Where our applications provide automated or AI-assisted features, user inputs are processed strictly to fulfill the requested action inside the application and are never sold to third-party data brokers or used for third-party advertising networks.
3. Data Retention & Deletion Rights
You may clear on-device data at any time through the application settings or by uninstalling the app. To request permanent deletion of any data associated with your account or support inquiries under GDPR, CCPA, or App Store / Google Play policies, contact privacy@eluatelabs.com.

Terms of Service
By downloading, accessing, or using any mobile application or website operated by Eluate Labs LLC ("Eluate Labs"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. License & Permitted Use
Eluate Labs LLC grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our applications on supported iOS and Android devices in accordance with these Terms and the applicable Apple App Store Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) or Google Play Terms of Service.
2. Subscriptions & Purchases
Certain features may require a paid subscription or one-time purchase billed through your Apple ID or Google Play account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
3. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
Our software and informational tools are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. Eluate Labs LLC is not a law firm, government agency, medical provider, or financial advisor, and information surfaced within our applications does not constitute legal, medical, or financial advice.
